VINVIN

Anyone looking for a wine list or range that stands out from the rest will find the right producers at VINVIN, the trade fair for wines of origin, in one place and on one day. Maxime Rheinhessen and Weinland Nahe e. V., together with their partners from Mosel, Pfalz, Ahr and Mittelrhein, are bringing around 120 wineries from all six wine regions of Rhineland-Palatinate to the Altes Postlager, just a few steps from Mainz Central Station.

The selection combines established estates with a young generation of winemakers who are still missing from many wine lists. What all the wines have in common is a traceable origin, a clear style and a signature of their own.

In the masterclasses, the winemakers show what origin tastes like in the glass. Out on the fair floor, things are livelier. The Altes Postlager is not a classic exhibition hall. Between the stands, people taste, talk shop and laugh. That is exactly what makes VINVIN a new kind of wine fair. You get to know not only the wines but also the people behind them, whether you are a sommelier, restaurateur, retailer or importer.
